Yawning and stretching increase blood pressure and heart rate and also flex muscles and joints. Spain is one of the most visited countries in the world. To travel to Spain is to opt for diversity, to be the central character in what is sure to be a truly unforgettable trip. To experience sun, hospitality and joie de vivre, superb food, and yet it is also to discover the country’s rich heritage of monuments and sights, the imprint of the different civilisations that once made it their home, or to journey through its singular and breathtaking countryside and delight in the stunning, starkly contrasting scenery, study the customs of its peoples and towns, and share in their local fiestas and traditions. George will have many options to select whenever he goes to Spain, and stay at wherever hotels in spain he wants. George can visit places like Torre de Bujaco and Muralla de Avila, and many more glamorous countryside. Or in Barcelona where places like Sagrada Familia, La Boqueria, and Gothic quarter is very accessible and stay in nearby hotels in barcelona. And in Madrid where Prado museum, botanical gardens, and royal palace is located without worrying where hotels in madrid to stay.

George will surely have to take his time choosing in that numerous great places to go to. But also will surely have lesser time finding the suitable hotels because all is listed for him.

Guys! I Miss you all!!

To those of you who didnt know the reason of my 2 week absence.. I was having our Psychiatric nursing affiliation at Davao city, a 7 hour travel from where I currently live. There we had our 2 week duty at a mental hospital. Oh men if you only know what I and my classmates have been through with that 2 weeks. It's like one of the worst things you don't want to know. Well, it's like this...

5:00 am >Alarm clock goes krrrring krrrring!!!

5:01 - 5:10 >Rubbing my eyes, rolls over from left to right, yawns then tuns the alarm off

5:10 - 5:25 >Out of bed, stretching, farts a little bit, then off to defecation! LOL

5:25 - 5:35 >Takes a very cold shower, shivers, and then shivers

5:35 - 5:45 >Irons the uniform, puts it on, then sprays a little perfume
5:45 - 6:00 >Preparing all the needed paraphernalia for duty
6:00 - 6:40 >Breakfast, talking with friends while eating
6:40 - 7:00 >Pre conference of our group along with our Clinical Instructor
7:00 - 7:30 >Travel time from our dorm to Davao Mental Hospital
7:30 - 8:00 >Assisting our patients with their bathing, grooming, and other activities of daily living
8:00 - 11:30 >Duty proper (Doing all that stressful activities)
11:30 - 12:00 >Post conference with CI, then back to our dormitory
12:00 - 12:20 >Changing dress, talking to some friends
12:20 - 1:00 >Lunch time! Yum yum!
1:00 - 2:00 >A little nap
2:00 - 6:00 >Making all the requirements to be submitted at 7pm
6:00 - 7:00 >Dinner time! chatting and laughing while eating with friends
7:00 - 8:00 >A little nap
8:00 - 8:30 >Time for another cold shower... Shivers and shivers
8:30pm - 2:00am >Preparing along with my group, the activities for tomorrow
2:00 - 2:10 >A little reflection before I end up my very looong day
2:10am >ZzZzZzZzZzZ

This is how my routine works for two long weeks at our Psychiatric nursing affiliation. As you can see, my schedule was so very hectic, I didn't even got a chance to go to an internet cafe and update my blog.
