Fitness = Health

Do you know that for every 3000 calories you will have, it is equal to having an additional of 1 pound body weight?

Well, If I were you, I will start studying nutrition so that I will know the nutritional contents of what I am eating, and consequently, how can I make better food choices. I as I was searching in the Internet on how to improve my fitness, I came across this very helpful site. I don't need to study nutrition anymore. It has all the things I want to know regarding diet and fitness. It has this very very easy to use tool to know the exact calories in food, Its has also this calorie chart for you to know the nutritional facts of the food that you will search. And last, my favorite, the calorie counter where I can know how many calories I burn on every specific exercise I will have. And one last thing... It's all for FREE!
Maintaining, gaining or losing weight... This is for you.

    I know this if off topic but I'm looking into starting my own weblog and was wondering what all is required to get setup? I'm assuming having a blog like yours
